Happy Friday!

It is a wonderful day. A day where I do not have to do anything for anyone but myself! No classes to teach, no errands to run – just me and the studio. I have five or six special orders looming above my head. Most of the components are done. The pieces are thrown and need to be painted &/or carved. This is my favorite part of the process. It will be a good day.
I had a few small business owner moments this week. I still pinch myself when I think about how I make my living. Just typing small business owner makes me giggle. ( Yes, I am indeed a dork) One of my wonderful students made me an advertisement and I have purchased some space for the first advertisement. I will have a small ad on knitty in the next issue. I am also trying to get my work reviewed for their cool stuff page. I’m so excited. I have no idea what kind of traffic this will generate. I hope there will be a few new sheepy supporters! Off to the studio . . .
